The cheaper is across the working days and the most popular is across the weekend which means than, at least Friday OR Saturday night are included in the stay.

This is a charming villa in a very top location in walking distance to the heart of Marbella. Nueva Andalucia Marbella in the heart of the golf valley and surrounded by many sport facilities, restaurants, bar and shops.
Huge size: 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms,790 m2 built over 2300 plot. Less than a mile from Puerto Banus.
You can add on many services to transform a self-catering villa in a private a personal hotel. Ask for quotation of each.
The housemaid can clean up your rooms and the villa like if it was an hotel…. but a private and personal hotel.
The chef will delight you with the truly Italian cooking. The staff members do not live in the villa so that your privacy is guaranteed.
The services are available permanently during the whole stay or on demand for any specific moment.

However, in line with community guidelines in residential areas, loud parties, music, or excessive noise during late hours are not permitted. Not for this specific villa but because of the Spanish law. * Neighbor Interaction: We regret to hear about the unfortunate incident with the neighbors. It is important to us that our guests feel safe and comfortable during their stay. While we understand that emotions may run high in certain situations, we do not condone any form of threatening behavior. We encourage our guests to contact us directly if any issues arise, so we can address them promptly. Thank you once again for choosing our villa for your daughter's special weekend, and for your recommendation. “Fabulous”
We want to thank everyone who managed our visit for an amazing holiday. Booking the villa & extras was very simple. We used the dashboard which was really good (don't be put off if the dashboard seems a bit clunky or it takes a few goes to get used to, it's worth it) The villa was incredible and so spacious for the 6 couples that stayed for a week. One of the evenings we paid for the chef to cook for us all - this was such a lovely experience and I would highly recommend. The food was incredible and the service too & not as expensive as you think it would be. They catered for vegan guests without a problem too without which was fab. The location of the apartment was great - walking distance to the local shops and restaurants etc. I would definitely come back again to stay and would like to thank the owners for letting us stay at their beautiful home!
