Description

Situated on a small and quiet island, Apartment Fiera is perfect for 4 persons or a couple with children. If you want to fall asleep and wake up looking at the pristine sea, this is just a perfect place for you! The apartment has a large terrace with a sea view, two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, big living room and dinning area, an equipped kitchen, a TV and air conditioning system.

The beach is just 30 m from the house, so you can spend your holiday in your bathing suit.

GUEST ACCESS

Apartment is fully private, only thing to share with another apartment is the entrance to the house.

You can use all the appliances free of charge: air conditioning, LCD, washing machine...

Parking is free of charge and it is available without reservation by the house.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

There is a restaurant on the island and the grocery store is only 150 meters from the apartment.

GETTING AROUND

Arriving to the island is possible by fast boat or by ferry if you wish to park your car by the apartment.

Zadar is possible to visit every day (except Sundays). A daily morning catamaran brings you to Zadar to visit the old town center with it´s colourful market. There you can shop, lounge in nice street cafés or go on a sightseeing tour. The same boat will bring you back to Zverinac in the afternoon.

Getting around

A car is not really needed on island but it is convinient to come with it since of the easier transport of the personal stuff (food, clothes, etc.) you'll be bringing with you. However, once you park the car by the house you can lock it up and open in again on the day of your departure :) everything on island is very close - restaurant about 50 m from the house, grocery store around 200 m...

Interaction with guest

Dear guests, we will be on the island when you arrive to hand over the keys of the apartment. Also, we will show you the parking spot and everything around the apartment. If you will have any question for us by that point, we will be there to answer you. Since we leave in Zadar, we will go back, but remain reachable to you either by phone or by mail.

How do damage deposits work?
