Villa Alison is located on a property of 800 m2, in the village Županići in untouchable nature. Explore the hinterland and try Istrian specialties like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is the place where you can find good beaches and restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving center at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. Villa Alison is 12 km from Rabac and offers an outdoor swimming pool 8×4. The Villa is consisted of 2 furnished and individually arranged rooms and large outdoor swimming pool. Villa offers a small building with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The Villa is surrounded by nature, only here you can wake up with a unique view of the hill surrounded by greenery, in absolute isolation and away from the city crowd, certainly guarantees a pleasant and unforgettable vacation. Accommodation has free WiFi. All rooms are air-conditioned with TV and own bathroom .You can enjoy the view of the hills and the view of swimming pool. The place is perfect for families with children and couples in searching for relaxing in peace and untouched nature.

It has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and floor heating , equipped with satellite TV and Croatian programs, each bedroom has a bathroom. Total capacity is for 6 persons 4 adults +2 children. Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Free WiFi, satellite TV, swimming pool, barbecue and mini spa Jacuzzi for 5 people and sauna. As you’ll notice yourself, the cute details create a warm atmosphere to make you feel even more comfortable. The 32m2 heated pool. But that’s not all – in order to bring the experience of the stay to an even higher level, there is also a large indoor Jacuzzi measuring 210x210cm and sauna and sitting area for complete relaxation …

Getting around

Today, Rabac is a well-known tourist resort. By the middle of the 19th century, it was a small fishermen village with hardly ten houses. Due to the beautiful bay and splendid, tame surroundings, it soon attracted first visitors. In 1876, Richard Francis Burton, an English writer and a passionate traveler, was among the first tourists who stayed in Rabac. Having seen Rabac and other places on the Istrian coast, he wrote a book of the same title ;The Istrian describing, among other things, the beauties and charm of Rabac. At that time Rabac witnessed the building of the first villas. The most well-known was the villa belonging to the Prohaska family, Czechs by origin, who were distinguished tradesmen from Rijeka.

We even get more than we expected! Villa is very spacious, we were 10 girls and we had more than enough space, its on a private place with no close neighbours so it was perfect for us / 10 loud girls … More
