NEW LISTING (2015) !! Welcome to Cozy 3BR With Amazing View. Our 3bed, 2bath apartment has Bright, Cozy and Modern interior. It is equipped with modern conveniences such as High Speed Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, Kitchen w/Gas Stove , Microwave, Cookwares, Utensils, Washing Machine & others. It also comes with 2 complimentary Car Parks. Located in Damansara Perdana, near Ikea Petaling Jaya or just 20 mins drive from Kuala Lumpur city center.

THE SPACE

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 23-story condominium. It has large glass windows, 2 balconies and awesome panoramic view of Petaling Jaya! At year end, you can watch amazing firework displays in your pyjamas, from the living room of the apartment!

The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• Kitchen: 2-Door Fridge, Gas Stove, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Utensils, & Basic Cooking Supplies

GUEST ACCESS

You will have the whole apartment to yourselves during the entire stay. I will personally welcome you on your arrival and show you around the apartment. Otherwise, guests will have total privacy. If you need any assistance, I live nearby and reachable by phone pretty much all day long.

You will also have access to the Apartment facilities such as :

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

• The neighborhood is great for shopping, dining and entertainment! There are many shopping malls, restaurants/cafes and recreational places that are within walking distance or just 5-10 mins drive from the apartment.
• Some of the key attractions in the neighborhood are One Utama Shopping Mall, IKEA, eCurve & IPC Shopping Centers, Tesco Hypermarket and Kidzania Theme Park.
• You can also find several renowned Medical Centers, Golf Courses and Universities nearby.
• Kuala Lumpur city center is just a quick 20mins drive (during non-peak hour) from the neighborhood.


GETTING AROUND

• The fastest way to get around in KL is by taxis. Buses may take long hours due to infrequent schedule. Many taxis ply this area. You can easily hail one from the road side or book through MyTeksi apps. Taxi fares are relatively cheap.
• The fastest and most convenient way to get to the apartment from KLIA or KLIA2 is by taxi – approx. 55km/1 hour/costs RM90. You can get a taxi from the taxi booth at the airport.

1. A refundable security deposit of RM350 will be collected upon check-in
2. Rental is inclusive of electricity up to 40KWh/day. Additional will be billed separately.
