Description

Furnished serviced villa with shared swimming pool within a private gated complex with access to your own entrance and your own private lounge, dinning/kitchen area.

The villa is within walking distance to Baastona Total shop (international standard grocery shop). We supply free internet Wifi , satellite tv - GoTv, air condition, backup generator .Transportation 2 minutes walk away with shops. Single bed available at extra cost.

The Villa offers private self-contained area, open- plan space extending into your own private porch area, which is screened to keep out mosquitoes, flies etc. The communal areas including the pool area within the complex are shared with other guest

The Villa is staff 24/7 which means there's always someone on hand to assist with any questions or advice. On check-in there would be staff on hand who will show you round the Villa and handover your keys.

Space

The entire Villa including the porch area, is your own private space. The swimming pool area is a shared space.We have staff on hand 24/7 to call on for assistance. Smoking is permitted in the porche and all outdoor areas.

Other things to note

For electricity - this property is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 300 of credit every 7 days for your use during your stay. If your electricity consumption exceeds this amount then it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for more credit as required.

in the interest of fire and safety, with the exception of the fridge freezer, all electrical appliances and lights should be switched off when leaving the property unattended for any length of time.

As in most developing countries, occasionally there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator.

The internet WIFI is inclusive and the speed and data is set up for normal domestic use. However, if you intend to rely on the internet for business or work purposes then declare as you would be responsible for any extra cost involved in any upgraded required to make it suitable for your specific requirements.

Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and bring any issues to the attention of the manager. Please look out for welcome information to help you to find information and tips.We provide Free cleaning every 5 days.

The neigbourhood is centrally located from all the major parts of the city as highlighted in our reviews. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport and 20minutes from areas such as Osu, Accra Mall, Airport City, Cantonments, Makola Market, Jamestown and the Arts Centre. 15 minutes from Legon .You can also hit the beach in 10 mins from the neighbourhood. The Villa is located directly off Otu Adzin road which is a lively and vibrant area of Spintex with tarred roads and assortments of retail outlets, bars and transport network- taxi rank and a bus stop (trotro). There is a supermarket-10minutes walk from the villa, a mall (Junction Mall)- 10minutes drive, all of international standard close to the Villa. There are banks, ATMs, pharmacies etc

I had the best time at this apartment it was located in a good place, lots going on in the street during the Christmas period, in fact there is so much to do in Ghana at Christmas period. There where many mornings I strolled in after 10am. The apartment was spacious and enough room to swing a few cats around. The staff Alex and Issac were beyond amazing they had to put up with me for two months so they went above and beyond and nothing was an issue for them. I couldn’t recommend it enough it’s Ghana if you want 5 star than this is not for you as it’s self contained every thing is there for you too cook make a meal, but there are so many good restaurants bars places to party, could give a list of things to do but go out and experience Accra it’s the best place in the world.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Its beautiful and well furnished. But had issue with having to pay for the electricity. It should be part of the payments for the villa.

Response from the owner Thank you for your positive review. We are pleased to find out you enjoyed your stay. With regards to the prepaid electricity element this allows us to offer our customers relatively cheap and reasonable prices whilst also allowing the customer to also budget for their own use of energy specifically in running air conditions etc. On average it should cost around $10 a week for moderate use of air condition. Our advert also draws attention to prepaid meter thereby allowing guest to plan and factor this additional cost into their expenditure. The majority of our guest just use ceiling fans and natural ventilation to keep their villas cool there by reducing the need for regular electricity top. We do however provide initial top up to get guests started!!. This may last a couple of days or so depending on how each guest manages their air conditions. Thanks Gladys

Response from the owner Erica, was a great guest and we worked with her to resolve most of the issues she brought to our attention expeditiously. The leaky A/C has been replaced and the freezer compartment of the fridge freezer has been set at a lower temperature and is working fine. As the electricity, energy can be expensive in Ghana if you leave all the A/Cs running all the time and through the night. We have no control over this as everything is managed by Ghana electricity company. We have given guest tips on how to keep electricity cost down by opening windows and sliding the net window over to keep out flies etc to let in natural ventilation, which is plentiful as we're literally a couple of miles from the coast. In addition, each room also has powerful ceiling fans which when used in combination with open windows keeps the place very cool and the cost is only a fraction of keeping the two A/Cs operating continuously. We are updating our welcome pack to provide more advise on how to safe on energy cost. Many thanks
