1-7pax high end condominium brand new 850sqft 2bedrm apt is located on high floor with unblocked sea and city view. Condonium has swimming pool, children playground, spacious gym, table tennis table pool, sauna etc. 5mins drive or 10-15mins walk to Johor CIQ and City Square Shopping Center. Lots of eateries. Near Jb train, bus station (from Spore) and ferry terminal. 28mins drive to Legoland and 19mins to Aeon Tebrau. WIFI enabled! Hosted by one of Superhost on hosting websites.

- Basic quality bed sheets, blankets and towels. You may want to use your own for best comfort.

-Usual check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm. We r flexible and we try to fit your preferred timing if prior booking allows.

- Security tight with 24hr security guards and requirement of access card to access each floor. Unit comes with door grills and wooden door.

- For longer term stay, weekly cleaning including ironing and washing of clothes can be arranged at additional charges upon request.

*For daily rental, additional $10 from 5th to 7pax applies

*For stay more than 2 months, monthly rental can be reduced further.

- Special note about internet: The fibre network is being install. If its not ready, we will offer wifi using 4G sim and mifi device. Appreciate your understanding on this.

Security deposit required to be held. We hope your stay is pleasant and like to have peace of mind that our place will be taken care of. We value good friendships and will NOT make any claims unless necessary.Deposit will be refunded within 48hrs upon check out. Appreciate your understanding. When checking out, we will deeply appreciate your help to clear all your food from the fridge and help throw the refuse in our common refuse chute to maintain the hygience of our place. Thank you in advance! However, we will also understand if u r unable to do so due to time constraint etc. :)
