We own three cottages in a group of ten. If the week you want is booked please check out the openings for our other two cottages.

We also offer monthly rates which come with a discount. They are for May, August, September and October.

COVID SAFE. CAPE COD, Beach front Cottage, Private Beach, YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE CAPE COD. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND PERFECT ATMOSPHERE. Very desirable location. Clean and bright interior. Child safe beach. Cottage #10 sleeps 5. It has two bedrooms and a kitchen living room area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Each double bed has four pillows. Cottage comes with a full kitchen, full size refrigerator with freezer, four burner gas stove with an oven, cooking utensils, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, ice blender, toaster, popcorn popper, TWO flat screen TVs (one in kitchen living room and one in a bedroom), cable, internet, free wifi, ceiling fan, window fans, gas heater, small grass lawn, picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, and a safe off the street parking lot.

Cottage is directly on quiet Cape Cod Bay just a few steps from the water. We are also a short drive to the ocean. You can see the lighthouse at the tip of Cape Cod right from our own private beach. You can enjoy your morning coffee on our deck watching the sun come up over the bay and then sip cocktails on our deck watching the sun set over Provincetown.

We are only minutes from Provincetown.

The Cape has much to offer including: shopping, sight seeing, whale watching, hiking, bike trails, bike rentals, many wonderful award winning restaurants, swimming, sun bathing, boating, salt water fishing, fresh water fishing, fishing charters, public golf courses, tennis courts, miniature golf, horseback riding, drive-in theater, indoor movie theater, flea markets, ferry trips to Martha's Vineyard, Block Island and Boston, also museums, art galleries, antique shops and a Winery. The Cape is also famous for its Minor League Baseball. You can also enjoy top performers at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis.

This cottage is clean and comfortable. You need to bring your own bed sheets, beach towels and beach chairs. Bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR SEASIDE COTTAGE. We own three cottages. We have owned them since 1979. Many of our guests return year after year. It has become a tradition for their families. Now their children are returning with their own families. CREATE YOUR OWN FAMILY TRADITION. Check-in is at 2 p.m. Check out is at 10 a.m. Please email any questions. No pets under any conditions. HOW WONDERFUL IT WOULD BE TO RENT TWO OF OUR COTTAGES AND ENJOY A WEEK WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY. CREATE YOUR OWN FAMILY TRADITION.

Getting around

If you do not want to drive once you get to the Cape, there is a shuttle bus that goes by our cottages on a hourly basis. It goes into Provincetown and also to Stop and Shop and the ocean beaches. There is also a shuttle bus that goes from Provincetown to almost all towns on Route 6A.

Interaction with guest

We have a manager who lives on the property 24/7. He is there to help with any issues that you might need help with during your stay. He will give you the key when you check-in.

House rules

No overnight guests. Please make sure cottage is tidy before you check out. Please remove leftover food from the refrigerator. Remove all trash. Check out in the main office. Check out is no later than 10 a.m. Remember to put your name in our reservation book for next season before you leave. Rates will be less without Tripadvisor fees. Make sure you leave all of your contact info. We hope to see you again.

How do damage deposits work?
