Description
Villa Stefy is a charming cottage directly located on the beautiful beach of Kiwengwa. The Villa consists of a spacious living room with open space kitchen, a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one more bathroom with shower. The upper floor room has a beautiful landscape on the indian ocean. The big patio is ideal for outdoor dining. There is a little private beach with sunbeds and private swimming-pool.The Villa is fully furnished with wooden floor.
You will find all the forniture to cook and eat by yourselves. It is near good local or international restaurants,five minutes near supermarkets,bank,ATM,kite center,paddel center.
All around the Villa you can find little shops than sell water,soda,vegetables,eggs,wine etc.
Car service from/to Airport and Island tours
Note: There is an extra tax 'hotel levy tax' to pay at arrival of 10 dollars per person per night.
The Wi-Fi is free only for the first recharge.

Response from the owner Dear Willie, I fill very bad regarding your report. Just for your information is written on tripadvisor regarding the construction, the pictures on tripadvisor regarding my house has nothing to do with the building around, I do not see any interference with the view and my house. The work is going from 9 to 5 every day and from 9 to 14 on Saturday, no noise in the early day or night!!! For your information the owner is not my friend!!! Regarding the levy tax of 440 usd I informed you in advance about it. I do not fill to be impertinent but realistic, you were always quite rude with me and with my staff. From your arrive in the airport you complain about waiting………..but you arrived one hour in advance!!! During your stay you complain about shortage of milk, coffee, bread oil ecc., but for your information the house is giving empty, just for welcome you we fill with some coffee milk bread ecc…..free of charge!!! All our staff helping you to do shopping………always free of charge!!! I just can't understand his complaint about me, I should be the one complaining about his unkind behavior !!!!!
