Description

The condominium unit is a Studio type (not a bedroom type - unable to change the above description) located at Antel Suites Spa near Makati Avenue and beside Antel Best Western Hotel. Fully furnished with the same quality standard furniture, fixture and equipment as that of hotel owned units. Restaurants/coffeeshop/spa can be found inside the hotel/condo. Numerous restaurants, bars, 24 hour convenience stores, two supermarkets, drug store, banks, money changer, salon/spa, movie theater is also located just several steps outside the hotel without the need to ride a taxi cab. Bigger malls such as Ayala/Greenbelt/Glorietta and Rockwell/Powerplant in Makati City are just a short ride away.

The condo unit is individually owned, hence, there is no breakfast. Other hotel services is likewise not available (porter, luggage, front desk, airport service, etc.)

The condo is actually designed for 2 persons but we allow 3 persons (the 3rd person is without additional charge provided that he/she makes use of existing beds/linen) in order for the guest to save on additional cost. Request for additional pillow/linens/towels shall be subject to additional charges.

Other important infos:

-For Sept and Oct 2015, free items will be given to weekly bookings

(for 7 days - Free drinks & snacks inside the mini-ref)

(for 14 days - Free fruit basket and drinks & snacks inside the mini-ref)

-Also Included as FREE for all bookings are start up personal kits:

2 bottles of water

2 sachet of instant coffee

2 bath soap, toothbrush, toothpaste

2 sets of Cotton buds, one roll of tissue paper

(these items will not be replenished)

-Electricity/water are separate charges or additional cost for weekly/monthly rentals

-No extra charges for Electricity/water for short term rentals (3 days - 5 days)

-Beddings/linens/towels will not be changed for all rental periods (3 days, weekly, monthly) If rental contract is for 2 weeks or more/monthly, housekeeping/cleaning of the condo unit will be free of charge.

-All guest must present their original passport upon check-in (scanned copy of passport must be emailed to us in advance)

-Refundable cash security deposit shall be required = $ 330 for 3 days,weekly rentals while $ 585 for monthly rentals.

-Other terms and conditions shall apply (a contract shall be executed)
