Quiet holiday house on two floors, in a quiet and welcoming country of Croatia to a 1 km from the sea, near pristine beaches open all year round. The canal Of Arsia and the beach surrounded by woods. On the outer coast of the Kvarner beaches occur with white pebbles and crystal clear water, with view on Cres, Lošinj and Krk. Possibility of hiking, mountain biking and quoad rental. In the nearby resort of St. Marina is the diving center. Close to the tourist destination of Rabac.Al first floor spacious open plan living area climatizzatta used as a living room with sofa, table and 6 persons, tv and fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a hob (both gas and electric plate). Plus all the kitchenware and cookware provides even the mocha and espresso for the coffee maker. Large bathroom with bath, equipped with shower and washing machine. On the second floor two double bedrooms both with air-conditioning and satellite tv. Outside patio area partly covered by wood-beamed roof with table and chairs made of wrought iron. 100 garden overlooking the Canal Of Arsia and the Kvarner, with barbeque area with fireplace adjacent sink. The House is delivered complete with sheets, blankets and towels. The linen and cleaning is done every week. Available upon request the cot for children under 3 years and the High Chair. Small pets allowed.
