Description

New big 90 m² apartment in a family house finished in July 2015. All furniture, rooms and bathrooms are fresh and newly decorated.

Apartment Kalelarga spreads over the entire ground floor and is the biggest one in our house. It consists of 2 covered terraces, kitchen, 1.5 bathroom, living room and 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has double bed, large closet, 2 night tables, night lamps and smoke detectors. Two bedrooms are with wide 180 cm beds. Southern bedrooms have exit to the 10 m² terrace for morning coffee and enjoying in sunrise. One really big bathroom (7 m²) has large 90 cm shower cabin with shower rose to give you maximum relaxation, basket for dirty laundry, beautiful 85 cm wide sink with big mirror and the toilet + towels for all guests. There are also bidet and your own washing machine. Big terrace is connected with the living room and kitchen so you can easily go out either from living room either from kitchen. In living room you can find big comfortable corner sofa (which can be used as extra bed if needed) and a large flat screen LED SAT TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses, microwave oven, dish washer, classic oven, blender, kettle, mixer, toaster, electric grill and a coffee machine. Big terrace has 200 cm long wooden table, 6 adjustable chairs with pillows and wooden deck chair. In an apartment there is a water cooler/heater Aquaviva.

Come and enjoy in house 100 m from main square and 700 m from the see.

Airport, bus station and ferry port are all in 8 km distance area. Feel free to contact us if you are traveling without the car so we can pick you up at any of these stations.

Our guests are free to use backyard and garden. Everything what you find in backyard and garden can be used free of charge. It is shared between everybody staying in our house. You can find bikes (for kids, children and adults, with baby chairs), grill / barbeque with baking bell/hood (peka, sač, saće, čripnja), icemaker, fridge, sink, portable electric stove and electric bell/hood, sun deck chairs with sunshades, solar shower, garden swing for 4 people and couple of pools, from smallest ones for babies to biggest one, kid’s wooden and plastic tables, play house with slide, ladder and swing (photo #1, #2), sandbox, darts, table tennis, trampoline, badminton, 2x table soccer (with many other games), baby swing, etc.
