This recently upgraded designer decorated 1 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view penthouse condo with loft and rooftop terrace is situated with a perfect ocean view right down the center of the Playa Turquesa community. The community has 16 buildings with a total of 188 condos of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms with elevators in each building. It has a private beach area with chaise lounges, covered area for those who like shade, bar service at the beach, restaurant service at the beach, two large swimming pools, two smaller children's pools, 24 hour security, reverse osmosis water treatment system and a lovely lobby/reception area. It is located just 20 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in our little paradise of Bavaro.
This 4th floor 1 bedroom penthouse has a lovely ocean view down the center of the community, from the large main floor balcony as well as from the master bedroom. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, above stove microwave/range hood, fridge, blender, coffee maker, water cooler and toaster. The living area has a flat screen TV, priviate wifi, queen size sofa bed, 1 chair, large square foot stool/seat and coffee table. There is a breakfast bar with two stools in the kitchen as well
The solid wood spiral staircase leads to the newly extended loft that has a full sofa bed, newly constructed 3rd bathroom with shower and it overlooks the living room. Sliding patio doors from the loft lead to the huge rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
The very spacious "covered" main floor balcony has a view of the ocean and the whole Playa Turquesa community. The balcony hosts a table and six chairs in case you wish to dine under the stars or have breakfast or lunch with a tranquil view of the ocean. It also has a super comfortable sofa as well as a futon.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large flat screen TV with cable for your viewing pleasure, a master en suite bathroom, a laptop size safe in the large closet to keep your valuables and a six drawer dresser.
Off the kitchen/living area, there are closet doors leading to a laundry/utility area with stacking washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and second bathroom with shower, etc. This condo has central air conditioning with 2 programmable thermostats (one in the main living area and one in the bedroom) that will allow you to control your air conditioning usage as desired. The loft also has a separate split unit air conditioner.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW).
