Description
House of 80 m2 classified 4 stars for 4 people, we can add 2 more sleeps but not classified in 4 stars. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per adult and per night will be collected upon arrival. Conditioned. Near the river Langevin and walks in the wild south. Suitable for couple or family For reservations of one night, requests will be taken into account only for the period between the day of the request and 15 days. The rental has its total independence, except access to the pool and jacuzzi that are located in common with our main house. The car park is located inside the plot (1 place) .The access to the jacuzzi and the swimming pool is reserved for the holiday makers following the schedules hereafter. The pool is open from 09:00 to 20:30 and the hot tub from 14:00 to 20:30, the consumption of alcohol around is strictly prohibited. Proper attire is required (swimsuit, swim shorts) no bathing in city clothes (shorts, T-shirts). Pets are not allowed and smokers are also kindly asked not to smoke inside the house. There remains the possibility of smoking outside the housing area.
