Description

This beautiful apartment is ideally situated in the picturesque village of Tias. It is a great place to stay for those who wish to be out of the noisy and busy main resort of Puerto del Carmen but still want to have it easily accessible. The apartment benefits from all modern utility. The apartment is located just below the owner house on the ground floor with a private parking . The apartment have a private terrace (19 m2), with barbecue, table, chairs etc. The apartment has been totally refurbish in summer 2013. The newly built Tias golf course is only a 5 minute drive and the puerto del carmen beach at only 10 min drive.

My family and I live in Lanzarote since the year 1995. I am originally from Paris and I met my German wife in Lanzarote in 1998. During all this years we had 2 lovely kids: Emily (17 years) and Nils (15 years). We originally moved to Lanzarote because of its climate :) It is also a very safe place for children and mature persons. The apartment is located just below our villa on the ground floor with a private terrace (19 m2) and also a private entrance. Beginning of 2018 we decided to move (very close to the villa) and started to rent also the villa for holiday makers. I will be very please to share with guests all my experiences and tips to let you have the best experience of Lanzarote :)

How do damage deposits work?
