With unique magnificent sea view and view of surrounding area. i love iT! It is excellent place for your retreat from urban rush. With a unique magnificent view of the Adriatic sea and surrounding area. and still close to all amenities for your urban needs ( nearby Pula with shopping centers. bars,etc.) With big balcony and huge roof terrace Away from the main street. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches just 6 minuts drive away. The sea is bright and clear! Only 2 kilometers from marine bays and clean beaches.

Nearby Kamenjak, park of nature is very famous.It is located in Medulin. Medulin is a perfect place to enjoy. You can rent bikes, cars, scooters, ... There is a possibility to explore the most interesting places in Southern Istria by bicycle.

The Medulin Riviera has two smaller, but high quality marinas. Golf Club is only a kilometer away from Medulin. Medulin Riviera has one of the most beautiful mountain bike trails in Istria. Skydive center is here. You can have panoramic flights. Bijeca is located in the very town of Medulin. The sandy beach spreads more than 1 km along the coast. Also Skrape. This is the Medulin beach the locals love the most.

If you are seeking adventure, visit one of the many small islands of the Medulin archipelago. Visit Ceja, Levan i Bodulas islands by taxi boat. Here we have diving school centers. Fishing, sailing, windsurfing & kitesurfing, horseback riding, tennis, ... All can be found here.
