Located on a large, 60 acre farm, this spacious Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher/stove/microwave/full sized fridge/all dishes and kitchen utensils. With a dining space and living space with sleeper sofa and HDTV, free WIFI. Enormous Master Suite includes 42" HDTV, free WIFI, fireplace, king-sized bed and spacious master bath with double vanities, soaking tub, separate shower and separate powder room. Also full-sized washer/dryer. Newly added fenced deck with gas barbecue and dining table/chairs. Farm Stay includes all Coffee/Tea plus supplies as well as farm fresh eggs. Local grass-fed beef and pastured chicken as well as organic vegetables are available. Spectacular views, lovely farm animals, fenced yard for your pet.

House Rules! No smoking in the apartment or barn areas. Please let us know f you want to go into the barns or pastures. We need to help you with this, and absolutely no pets in barn areas without our permission and checking it out first. The alpacas can be a little aggressive towards your pets if you are in their areas! Otherwise we want you to enjoy the farm, but with a little help from us. We have added an fee for bookings of 4 or more guests, due to higher laundry loads. Thanks!

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!”

This trip was so amazing!! We had came to salida to get married and this place was perfect!! The alpacas were so adorable and the home was super cozy!!! Will definitely be back!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
