Welcome to Villa de los Sueños! Come and enjoy this beautifully landscaped and gated estate located in the prestigious Punta Aguila neighborhood of Casa de Campo on the south shore of the Dominican Republic. Villa de los Sueños has a spectacular view of the 11th hole of Teeth of the Dog, the world-famous professional golf course of Casa de Campo. The estate sits a mere 100 yards from the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and is a golf cart ride away from all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the Resort Hotel, the shops of the Marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon.
You enter the luxurious interiors of this Moroccan villa through 10-foot Arab-styled arched doors into a double-height foyer and living room with a huge front terrace suitable for entertaining large groups. Walk out through dramatic arches into a Marrakesh-styled courtyard that opens out to a large free-form infinity heated pool with a large island Jacuzzi and peninsula gazebo. The interior of Villa de los Sueños offers six bedrooms, all of which are master suites, and a total of 7.5 baths, all of which have either a Jacuzzi tub or an open-air outdoor shower. Adjoining the living area are a comfortable projection media room and a private office. Looking out over the first floor is a floating open-air terrace with a conference table that is regularly used for executive meetings. A spacious kitchen with a center island and extensive storage comes fully equipped with Viking appliances, two pantries and a wine cellar, all of which are designed to service the butler’s station, private dining room, and multiple seating areas. Out of sight behind the Villa is a service area that includes two service rooms and baths, as well as a three-car covered garage and basement.
Villa de los Sueños is decorated throughout with precious solid 2” angelim wood doors and floors, as well as porcelain, coral and brick finishes, Moroccan lamps, chandeliers, and luxurious furnishings. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and wireless internet operates throughout the grounds.
Come and indulge yourself in the elegant surroundings of Villa de los Sueños! Villa de los Sueños comes fully-staffed with a private chef, waiter, housekeeper, and maintenance staff. One 6-seater electric golf court is provided for roaming freely throughout Casa de Campo.
