Description

Villa Patricia is a modern, lovely house with the capacity for up to 9 persons, with a living room, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. It's located in Istrian countryside just several kilometers away from Rovinj and the nearest beach. If you want to be situated near the sea, yet away from the crowds and surrounded by the calmness of nature, this is an ideal place. It offers all of the contemporary benefits, including WiFi Internet connection, air conditioning, a swimming pool with deck chairs to relax on, a modern kitchen with all of the necessary appliances and a two-car parking area. If you're a sports fan, we have two bicycles that you can ride through the nearby bicycle tracks, or you can just walk through the trekking trails. Just a short walk away from the house you can find a tennis and a boccia court. If you prefer staying in, you can always enjoy in playing table tennis, pool table, table football or darts. We have a fireplace in the sitting room and barbecue in the outer part of the villa.
