Comfortably spacious at 100 sqm, the apartment is tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you would need to make yourself feel at home.
It's a convenient location as it is only a 10-minute journey from Colombo's city center and a 2-minute stroll to Marine Drive for you to enjoy the sea breeze and the beautiful Sri Lankan sunset.
It is also a 5-minute walk to the main road (Galle Road) where you can easily access transport, shops, and supermarkets.
The apartment also has a swimming pool on the rooftop should you crave for a relaxing dip.
