Alcazaba Beach is a prestigious urbanisation in Estepona situated on the sea front, with a stretch of beach of over half a kilometre.
The buildings and gardens were designed by renowned architect Melvin Villarroel. The tropical gardens of over 75.000 m2 belonging to this residential estate have been awarded prizes several times by the Costa del Sol Gardeners Club.
The facilities of the estate include 7 swimming pools (one heated), 5 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, 1 football pitch with natural grass, children's play park, gym and sauna. Restaurant and beach bar for the exclusive use of residents are available during the holiday season.
Casa Ardilla is a beautiful fully equipped three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse apartment on two floors. The apartment is perfectly located within the estate, by the heated pool.
The apartment has three spacious and light bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The views from two large terraces and two balconies are magnificent over the gardens and to the sea.
The apartment has been refurbished summer 2015 and is equipped with modern modern kitchen, laundry and all new furniture. The apartment has full set of tableware to serve six persons, smart TV, bluetooth music speaker, computer as well as wifi internet access.
During Low Season and Mid Season (i.e. excluding Jul-Aug) the property is available also as two bedroom apartment. Weekly two bedroom prices are 950 EUR (Low Season) and 1200 EUR (Mid Season).
Two bedroom configuration limits the access to upstairs bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. Both the staircase within the apartment as well as the nice upstairs terrace are still available for you to use, together with all the facilities on entrance level, i.e. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

“Perfect place for family or friends to relax in safe and beautiful apartment”
Location of the apartment is exellent to reach by your own car or public transportation. Hwy AP-7 is behind the corner, but still far away enough. You have easy axcess to near by historical places like Gipraltar and Ronda. You may not even need a car, because shops and old city including nice beach are inside walking distance. The unit itself is really well kept and equipped with modern kitchen, wifi, computer tv etc. And in addition to that the garden around the house is amazingly beautiful and secured with gate and guards. Last but not least are the balconies - you can enjoy seaview, take sunshine and have cold drinks in full privacy not loosing possibility to stop by the nearby heated pool every now and then. I do recommend !

“Beautiful penthouse by the sea in a resort with sports facilities”
The 2-floor penthouse apartment seemed recently refurbished, all furniture and appliances in mint condition. Views to the sea and a magnificent garden. Nice roof terrace. Modern TV and AV set, free fast WiFi. Smooth reservation process. Location magnifient with a long beach, several pools and a flush garden covering the resort. In addition, a large area of activities with 5 tennis and 3 paddle courts + a mini-soccer filed. Did not have my family with me, so I did not play but spent some time in gym and Finnish sauna, which was nice. The gym is geared towards cardio with running, rowing and spinning devices but with fairly limited amount of free weights. Large Carrefour close by a bonus. An evening walk to the centre of Estepona. Nothing on the minus side. The temperature was +20 C (mid-November), so not a pool weather any more but nice for golf and outdoors sports.
