Description

New renovated 75 sqm, 3-room apartment at scene-district “Zizkov”

On request it is possible to accommodate 6 guests.

The 5th and 6th person are allowed up to age of 16 years.

The sleeping possibility is located in the living room in the form of a sofa bed.

The apartment is favorable located between two big Parks which offer a great view over the historic city-center and invite to relax or play at the generous playgrounds, and is only a 3 minutes foot-walk away from the next tram- and bus station.

The historic city-center is only a 15 min. ride by public transportation away.

“Zizkov” is an aspiring scene-district comparable with Berlin-Kreuzberg. Within 1,5 Km are numerous Restaurants, wine taverns and shopping facilities. If you prefer to stay a bit outside the regular touristic streams is “Zizkov” the right choice to experience some of the authentic Prague.

The apartment is located in an established apartment building in the 4th floor and inhabited by preponderant younger people and families. You might hear a dog bark or a kid scream. Unfortunately there is no elevator. In the building is a grocery store which is open 7 days a week. At present time, renovation work is taking place in the building. There are no parking spaces at the house due to reservation for residents with parking ID. Nearby is a guarded parking where you can park for 6 €/day.

House rules:

Between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am is quiet time in the building.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

From 10 am to 10 pm it is allowed to receive visitors in the apartment.

From 10 pm to 10 am visitors are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is not an party location

For us it is important to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We live in the same building and available if there are any questions or problems.

You wish to see not only Prague but also the unique sightseeing’s outside of Prague away from big tourist groups? I am happy to bring you for an amount agreed upon f.ex. to Kutterberg or Cesky Krumlov.

If you arrive by train or plane I gladly pick you up for the amount of a service charge which will be way cheaper than the local taxi.

You wish a filled fridge for breakfast or similar at the point of your arrival? No problem. Just let us know and everything will be conducted.
