Response from the owner Merci Eszter pour ce commentaire sympathique, vous avez été des locataires exemplaires et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous garderons le contact et que nous vous recevrons de nouveau. Concernant la wifi, comme je vous l'avais précisé lors de nos échanges, nous sommes en Guadeloupe et les débits internet ici n'ont rien à voir avec ceux que vous pouvez trouver en France Métropolitaine, au Canada ou dans les autres pays développés. En Guadeloupe, internet n'est pas encore installé partout. En ce qui nous concerne, nous avons la chance d'avoir internet dans la résidence, et même depuis peu dans le studio, mais effectivement le débit est beaucoup plus lent que chez vous... Tant que les besoins se résument à des échanges de mails, des consultations de sites internet, etc... cela ne pose pas de problème, mais dès que vous souhaitez utiliser la vidéo, cela devient plus compliqué... c'est la Guadeloupe ;)

Super Studio équipé avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Petit déjeuné en compagnie des sucriers et des iguanes dans les arbres juste en face.... Résidence très calme et agréable avec une piscine exceptionnelle et plage privée à tomber ! Idéalement situé, à proximité de très bons restaurants, du centre de Saint François et à quelques Minutes de Sainte Anne. Propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils ! N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu.

“10 jours dans un cadre reposant entouré de verdure, vue sur mer et piscine de la jolie terrasse !”
Cyrille vous accueille de façon parfaite : guide, conseil, disponibilité et fort sympathique. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants : propre, agréable, équipé, idéalement situé entre plage, piscine, mini golf, parking. Je preconise cette location. Juste un point : avoir le wifi dans l'appartement serait idéal ;) Merci Cyrille pour tout.

“Idéal pour les vacances.”
Bel appartement dans un cadre idéal pour les vacances. Le parc résidentiel qui dispose d'une magnifique piscine au bord de la mer est placé idéalement pour rejoindre St François ou St Anne. Seul l'accès wifi a fait default.

Effectivement, comme mentionné dans l'annonce, l'accès Wifi n'est, pour le moment, disponible que dans les parties communes de la résidence, et pas directement dans le studio, mais des travaux sont en cours dans la résidence pour améliorer la portée du Wifi, et normalement la rendre disponible sur l'ensemble de la résidence. En espérant vous revoir bientôt

“Excellent”
L'appartement loué par Cyrille est un havre de paix : tout est pensé pour passer des vacances sereines : la vue mer, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en compagnie des petits oiseaux, l'immense piscine, une résidence sécurisée... L'équipement de l'appartement est parfait, tout est neuf, c'est très propre. Cyrille fait preuve de grande gentillesse : son accueil, ses conseils, tout est excellent. Le séjour restera inoubliable.
