The house, formerly inhabited by fishermen, is located on the sea front, recently renovated so that you can enjoy a quiet stay with all the communities in an authentic paradise, has a terrace by the sea where you can enjoy moments Unforgettable

For stays up to 2 nights 50 additional Euros will be paid for the cleaning.

3 and 4 nights cleaning 30 Euros

5 and 6 nights, cleaning 20 Euros

This amount must be paid to the person in charge of this task (Mary).

Mary is our neighbor and is responsible for handing over the keys and answer any questions with have guests.

Dear Sirs It is important not to throw papers and any other object through the toilet. In Graciosa there is no sewage system and pipe jams occur very easily. Please use the toilet bin to throw any object other than liquid. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience

It was a nice surprise this place, the appartament is very next to the sea and is very big and well furnishing. It was pity to stay only two days.
