Located in the very heart of the BGC, this modern suite enjoys one of the best locations in Manila. A trendy and upbeat neighborhood, everything is within walking distance from shopping malls, cafes, museum, supermarkets to world class hospital. Wonderful to explore by foot. But taxis are easily available as well as the BGC bus.

I love the view from the apartment! Waking up and coming home to the view of the golf course, and the city lights is so relaxing.

The apartment has a 1 bedroom 1 living room and dining area, 1 kitchen and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all the equipment and utensils necessary to feel at home in your Manila apartment.

The living and dining room area is spacious and modern. There you will find a flat-screen TV as well as a modern dining table and interesting paintings.

Free high-speed wifi internet, bed linens and towels are provided.

Upon booking confirmation, communication about travel and time of arrival logistics is crucial, as well as the a soft copy of valid ID emailed to me. I need this to process your stay as part of my building admins requirement for security reasons.

I like to interact as much as the guests like and want. At the same time, respect privacy. I am available by email and viber anytime guests need to reach out.

Cleaning and changed of sheets and towels will be scheduled depending on the length of stay.

Due to Covid 19, all guests are required to present a valid health certificate showing negative results. There is also a minimum of 3 months stay.

Getting around

BGC is better explored by foot. But taxi, uber, and bus are easily available and accessible. Wifi is easy to get so you can order your uber if you don't have data on your phone.

Interaction with guest

Communication is of utmost importance. I will need your time of arrival as well as a copy of your ID prior to your stay to ensure a smooth check in. I respect my guest's privacy and will not be in your way. But please know I am available during your stay via call, message and email. All you have to do is message me when you need anything. My assistant is also available to cover Philippine work hours. I am based in NY and have the 12 hour time difference.
