FREE ENTRANCE to Gold´s Gym and Best Disco Clubs given to YOU in my LOVELY GREAT APARTMENT in heart location of MIRAFLORES close to OCEAN with all comforts for a fully equipped apartment by walking distance to best bars, restaurants, beach (surf), and night parties.

The Space:

This is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 aditional sofa-beds, located in the main center of Miraflores, very close to go anywhere. The apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable and easy: wifi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 24-hour doormen, lifts and a beautiful view (bedrooms and living) of a park.

Guest Access:

You can use the kitchen, the living and dining rooms, the bathroom and the cleaning area, where the washing-drying machine is available. We will provide wifi, cable TV, clean towels and bed linen. Also, my guests have the access to the closest best bars, free entrance to night clubs, Peruvian and international restaurants, the main historical and entertainment Peruvian attractions, the Inka market for souvenirs, and the beach for surfing.

Interaction with Guests:

I interact with my guest all the time they are in my department, telling them the places to visit, make them a tour, taking them to play pool in one nice bar, also free entrance to the gym and night clubs, and the most important share with my friends learning the Peruvian culture inside. You can also call me anytime for anything you need: I'll be happy to help you during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

My guest can feel very comfortable and they will get a wonderful experience with my help to spend a nice time in my place and my city.

House Rules:

Actually we have no strict rules: the idea is that guests have a great time and may leave Lima with the best memories. With that in mind, I like to share some recommendations:

Use everything you find in the department and before leaving put the things in order in the same place where you find them the first time.

And the most importante thing: be quiet, respectful and polite with neighbors and the people around.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Miraflores, the coolest and most touristic district in Lima. It is very safe and friendly, full of cafes, bars, restaurants, discos and attractions. The malecón (boardwalk), where locals jog, bike, skate and play with their children and pets, is walking distance, just like the beach at 5 minutes and Parque Kennedy (Miraflores’ main square) at 5 minutes. Barranco, the cultural district where you can visit art galleries and museums and enjoy an exciting nightlife, is just 10 minutes away in taxi. San Isidro is even closer.

As the neighbourhood is very safe and plain, you can walk around and visit many points of interest. As taxis are very cheap in Lima, this is the easiest way to get around, and there are lots of bus lines and vans to go anywhere in the city. Also I help my guests with the transportation from the airport to my department with an extra cost and viceversa. Feel free to ask me for any taxi service.
