Description
You are looking for to rent a new, very quiet and peace full guestroom, consisting of two separate rooms, which we just finished to construct and to furnish and is occupying the whole second floor of our villa with private sweet water swimming pool and private garden in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand to relax from the busy night live of Pattaya, suitable for a long stay?
Eventually you would like also have sometimes your breakfast in front of your guestroom on the terrace in front of the private swimming pool (optional)?
Do not search any longer, you found it.
We are renting a very quiet guestroom, consisting of two separate rooms, in our villa in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand, occupying the whole second floor of our villa.
A staircase leads up to the separate entrance door of your guestroom, which can be locked by you.
The first room of this guestroom, just after the entrance door, is a seating place for 2 persons, from which you can overlook, through 2 small windows, our saloon on the ground floor. For your privacy these two small windows may be closed with a roller shutter. This room is furnished with a small table, 2 chairs, 1 big bookshelf and 1 smaller bookshelf, 1 very big wardrobe with mirror for your clothes and dresses, as well as other belongings and your luggage’s, 1 stand lamp, 1 refrigerator and 1 water kettle.
The second, slightly elevated room, is furnished with a double bed (king size) for 2 adults, 1 small night table with 1night table lamp and 1 other small reading lamp on the other side of the bed, 1 big new office in L shape, 1 small office cupboard with drawers on rolls, 1 small lamp and 1 new leather office chair, free Wi-Fi access (from 10 Mb up to 100 Mb up and down load, via fiber optic cable connection), a new Samsung Curved UHD TV 44” with BTV cable TV and a new small cupboard for office folders under the TV. Through the 2 windows in this room, which both can be opened, you can overlook a part of the private resort. These 2 windows have curtains for each window. This room has also 1 air conditioner and 1 ceiling-fan.
This guestroom has also its private bathroom, equipped with 1 toilette, 1 hand wash with cold and hot water a water heater and a round mirror and 1 shower room with cold and hot water.
We just finished renovating our private sweet water swimming pool with German glass tiles, a counter-jet-stream-swimming facility with up to 4 HP (4 horse powers) and 2 underwater LED lamps with 18 programs. This private swimming pool has also on two sides a small private garden. For your and our privacy, this property is completely surrounded by a 2.25 meter high wall.
If you have a car you may park it in front of the villa or if you have a motorbike you may park it in the carport inside the villa.
Furthermore the walking distance to the very pretty beach of Jomtien-Beach is only about 800 meters.
In addition you may also use the common big salt water swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar of the private resort View Talay Villas.
If you would like to make sometimes a trip by bicycle, than we have 2 bicycles at your disposal, 1 Mountain bike and 1 Racing bike.
Please kindly note, that we are only renting a guestroom in our villa and not the whole villa. The private swimming pool and garden as well as the kitchen must be shared with the owners.

The price for the location of this guestroom as well as the damage deposit and FlipKey by TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals’ booking fees must be paid in advance directly to FlipKey by TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals upon reservation to reserve firm this guestroom for your holidays.
Internet-access, SBN High Speed with Fiber Optic Cables (10Mbps-100Mbps Download and Upload), electricity and water charges are included in above mentioned prices.
You will have to pay to the owners directly in cash in Thai Baht upon checking out the guestroom the following additional fees:
Cleaning charges of THB 2'000.00 for cleaning this guestroom and washing and ironing the bed- and bath-towels, security guard charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month) and waste management charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month).
Only after having paid these additional charges to the owners, the damage deposit will be returned to you by FlipKey by TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals.
If you would like to have your breakfast sometimes in front of your guestroom, you may order this breakfast for THB 100.00 to THB 120.00 per breakfast and person directly from the owners (optional). This breakfast is payable to the owners in cash in THB upon ordering.
But if you prefer to make your own cooking, you may use our very well furnished kitchen (4 gas-cooking plates inside the kitchen and 2 gas-cooking plates outside the kitchen), an electric stove, a micro-wave, a big refrigerator with a big freezer, and other cooking tools, as well as dishes, covers, glasses and pans. You may also use our barbeque.
How would you get to this guestroom?
Easy, if you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand, the best and cheapest way is, to take the direct Air-condition-Bus which leaves every half an hour from the ground floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, Thailand directly to Jomtien- Beach, Pattaya for a fare of approx. THB 134.00 per person. This bus arrives at the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach opposite the 24h Foodmart in Jomtien-Beach. Mind, the bus will stop several times on the way there, to let customers leave the bus. But do not leave the bus before you reach the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach!!!
We shall pick you up upon your arrival at the final bus station.
From there to our home you will have to take a Bath-Bus for approx. THB 200.00 per way with your luggage.
But you may also take a Taxi-Meter (no air-condition inside the Taxi-Meter) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand directly to our home here in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand for a fare of approx. THB 800.00 until approx. THB 1'500.00 (fare is negotiable by you), to be ordered at the counters outside upon leaving the building of the airport.
Or you may order a Limousine service (with air-condition inside a more comfortable car) at the AOT counter inside the Airport, during you are waiting for your luggage, at a fare of approx. THB 1'500.00 until approx. THB 2'500.00 (fare is negotiable by you), from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand directly to our home here in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand.
In case you take a Taxi-Meter or a Limousine service we shall wait for you in our home for your arrival.
I am a Swiss national, retired now in Thailand and I am living here in our home with my Thai girlfriend. I speak English, German, French and Swiss German, my Thai girlfriend speaks Thai and a little bit English. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs.
