Overview
A homey, bright, fully furnished 1 B/R self-contained unit located near Manila’s international & domestic airports. The unit offers relaxation in itself while giving you other choices of entertainment being conveniently surrounded with shopping boutiques, restaurants, casinos, cinemas, etc. to keep you busy night & day!
The Space
This 41-sqm. unit (with balcony) is located at One Palm Tree Villas condominium, a gated community with 24/7 security within the newly established Newport City. It is located just across NAIA Terminal 3, making it perfect for travellers arriving from long haul / late night flights or departing for early morning trip. This is also suitable for couples or small families who like to take a short break, yet still stay within the city.
We offer the ff. amenities to make your stay enjoyable:
• Separate living area with cable TV
• A spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, fresh bed sheets and linens, and a built-in wardrobe
• A fully equipped kitchen - fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, pots & pans, cutleries, dining wares
•. A separate dining area with extendable table and 6 chairs.
• Washing machine & portable laundry hanging rack
• Water heater & hairdryer in the bathroom, basic toiletries and towels
• Iron & ironing board is available upon request
• Free wifi, access to the recreational facilities of the complex (swimming pool, changing rooms, playground)

Guests have access to the recreational facilities of the complex (swimming pool, changing rooms, playground).
Swimming pool and kiddie pool are available from 8am to 10pm. Proper swimming attire is required.
Other Things to Note
• Building administration allows only our authorized guest/s to enter the unit (at any given time) for security reasons.
• A copy of passport (or government issued ID) of all guests is mandatory before arrival. You can send it to me by email.
• Our normal check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is 11am. But if you want an early check-in or late check-out, just inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Minimum stay is 1 night.
• Maximum of 2 adults (or 3 if a couple with child below 6 y/o) to stay in the unit. Additional person incurs an extra charge of $15/person.
• We do not have parking space in the building but there are pay parking options nearby.

“Conveniently Located.”
Nice place to stay near airport and Resort World. The unit was very clean and modern. Mai and her assistants were great to deal with!
