Roughtallys is our luxurious villa situated on a 24 hour secure gated community 15 minutes from Disney,s Main Gate.
20 minutes from Universal/Island of Adventure.
local superstore and restaurants 2 minutes drive. or a lovely walk....
we can sleep 14 plus a cot and two travel cots. exceptionally clean and modern.
Great views overlooking the lake. large private pool and pool deck with Grill for those all important BBQ's
ideal for large families or for 2/3 families sharing.
Located just an hours drive to either the Atlantic Coast or The Gulf Coast.
Lake Berkley Resort is a conservation area. Beautiful woodland, 3 lakes and fantastic wild life. You can fish all three lakes without a licence.
Fully Air Conditioned, Walk in wardrobes, Free wi-fi, free local and international land line calls, Top of the line cable TV package.

If Lyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
