Large Detached Villa with 3 good sized ALL AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, our swimming pool is a huge 10m x 10m and is one of the largest on the whole urbanization but now, as well as this massive pool, we have a new totally separate KIDS SPLASH / ADULT CHILLOUT POOL (ideal for ladies who don´t like wet hair!). Also, whilst many other villas that have their pool in the front garden open to the street, ours is at the rear and is VERY PRIVATE. Our villa is handily placed about 10/12 minutes flat walk to the Commercial Centre with shops, supermarkets and 22 bars and restaurants and is only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the sparkling Meditteranean Sea. Book with confidence and have a happy holiday in your home from home, unlike most rental properties we don't count the plates, knives, forks and spoons, in fact we don't even do an inventory, we welcome you as friends and not just another customer. Kids will just love our huge pool and New Summer 2021, a large 43" screen British and Spanish TV, Wii and FREE WiFi all year round. Villa sleeps up to 8 people. Sorry but we only accept family groups at this villa and can not accept bookings from Hen / Stag or similar parties. We hope to be welcoming you to Camposol soon.

House rules

Sorry, our villa is not available for Hen or Stag parties. No smoking indoors please. Maximum of 8 persons at the villa at any one time please. Note: If you book for say 4 people and extra people stay the night there will be a charge of 12 euros per person per night. ( Last Summer a young lady booked for a single person and brought 13 friends and not one of them had any money!! ) Quiet hours are between 24.00 and 08.00am {It's the Law in Murcia Province} thank you.
