All the villa's main rooms - bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas - enjoy full air conditioning, plus in addition, all the bedrooms, the living room and the sala have ceiling fans. The floors of the villa are either teak or marble and many of the ceilings feature exposed timber. The pavilions which make up the villa are linked together with planted and covered walkways and throughout the property there are may Thai artefacts, stone wall carvings and other pleasing artwork. The landscaped gardens have many mature trees and tropical plants, and grassed areas. Guests have a choice of comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers to relax on to enjoy the sun and the views, and two dining areas - one al fresco on the beach front terrace - both offering seating for up to 10 people. A beautiful water feature greets visitors just inside the entrance to the property, and behind this is a guest outside bathroom and the rest of the living pavilion, housing a large, western style German equipped kitchen and the living and formal dining room. The kitchen has a central island feature, and the living room is wood panelled as well as having an exposed timber ceiling. There is a satellite 50" LCD TV/DVD system in the sitting area, and large, comfortable sofas. A guest bathroom is situated between the kitchen and living room.

Foldaway glass doors to the front of the living and dining rooms open onto a large terrace facing the ocean, which runs from left to right across the whole of the beachfront to the villa. It is furnished with sun loungers and a further large dining table with 10 chairs for al fresco meals. To the right of the living room similar doors open onto the pool. The pool is L-shaped, with salt-water chlorination, and has a shallow end of 0,90cm, deepening to 1,60cm. A sala between the end of the pool and the beach has a coffee table and chairs, and a large double daybed for relaxation and enjoying the ocean views. An outdoor shower is located close to the beach gate.

The pavilions to the left of the property contain the four double bedroom suites. All the bedrooms are light and bright, and have ample clothes storage in their walk-in closets. All en suites have double wash basins and indoor showers, and the master bedroom also features a large bath tub. The rear two suites are both twin bedded with views to the right onto the garden. A small planted area separates these bedrooms from the next, a double bedroom, and another small garden then divides this bedroom from the main master suite. This room has a writing desk, a satellite TV/DVD, and large glass doors which open onto the beach front terrace.
