Springtime and Summer are phenomenal for many outdoor activities. It is an ideal spot for an active holiday: swimming, mountain biking, trekking, hiking, diving, sailing, walking. Also, place for lazy days on the beach or in the private green garden with olive trees, figs, lavender, and mint.
Big house for family vacation, private garden, free wifi, free parking, barbecue and only 50m from the beach. Small village for great relax!

On the Island of Ugljan, a 25-minute ferry trip from Zadar, this pretty villa is surrounded by sea views and idyllic landscapes. It features parking, a spacious garden and a balcony.
This family-friendly villa can sleep up to 6 people and benefits from a fantastic location, right on the waterside. Space has been traditionally decorated but still offers many modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a TV and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Barbecue in a private garden!
There are 4 national parks on the mainland: Kornati, Krka, Plitvice, and Paklenica. Each offers a pleasant space to take a leisurely afternoon stroll. On the island, the beach is never more than a few minutes' strolls away.
The charming rustic house in Lukoran, Island of Ugljan, has three bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, two separate toilets and a big living room.
More than 2500 sunny hours per year, may be guaranteed that you can spend a great time even in Springtime.
The house is old more than 100 years and all is completely renovated but retains the antique atmosphere of the old Dalmatian house.
Enjoy real Mediterranean gastronomy: light, low calories, slightly seasoned – boiled – those are the characteristics of the island’s cuisine. Fresh fish from Adriatic sea, olive oils, figs, organic vegetables- right from the local garden on your table!
The first beach with shower is 50 meters from the house.
Kids can run around all day in the garden which is also perfect for long, lazy dinners and barbecue.
This is perfect rural setting, only 25 minutes by ferry to Zadar!
Also, the entire village has Free Wi.Fi.
The Island of Ugljan is world famous for its cycling trails. Natural hills and valleys on islands Ugljan and Pašman, which are connected by the bridge, provide ideal cycling conditions and there are several well-maintained trails for cycling and several excellent walking/ trekking trails.
The small village Mali Lukoran owns a chapter in Croatia's cultural history. While being a part of the family at the Mali Lukoran villa of Zadar's De Ponte family, famous Croatian poet Petar Preradović was inspired by the sunrise experienced here. There is a great reason why they choose that place- it is quiet and breathtaking.
The island also offers various water sports like sailing, water skiing, different kinds of boats and jet-skis. You can rent the diving equipment and participate in organized diving courses with excellent scuba diving instructors.
On the island, you can ask for rent-a-bike, hiking equipment and various other props for the adrenaline experience. Only 200 meters from the house is new modern marina with nice restaurant, lounge bar and every evening program as piano night or jazz performance…
It is very possible to arrange only for your family a boat for excursions to the Kornati or other islands around in Zadar archipelago with captain and meal on the typical Croatian boat.
Day trips to Kornati Islands, Plitvice, Starigrad, Paklenica, river Zrmanja and river Krka are possible thanks to the excellent ferry line to the Zadar.
Tourist tax in Mali Lukoran is 1 euro per day per person (not for kids under 12 and 50% for age 12-18).
If you arrive by plane, the best solution for you is to rent a car in Zadar and you are on your own!!

“dreamed place for peacefull vacation”
I can truly recommend Tanja's house. We spend there 2 weeks in August with our friends (2 families). The weather was sunny, the village where the house is located is beautiful and peaceful. Distance to the water - just few steps. In the house you can find all necessary kitchen utilities. Saloon is cold, so even during hot days we can find there a place for real rest during the hottest hours. I can also recommend trip to Zadar - heartbreaking sunset, famous by Hemingway's books, great architecture.... There is much more to write about it....but you can book your stay and see it by your eyes! Kasia
