Welcome to Sunset at Solterra in beautiful Florida! This beautiful unit sleeps 22 and has been set-up and stocked with your comfort in mind and will offer all that you will need for a relaxing vacation. From the fully-equipped kitchen and gaming garage, to the darling loft area for your young ones, this kid-friendly space is the perfect for large/multi-families to enjoy! Everyone will love the plentiful bedrooms, spreading out, and the living room area, complete with a chess board and plenty of space & seating for you to read, chat and relax! Be sure to enjoy the backyard with a private swimming pool & hot tub complete with a BBQ Grill and beverage fridge!

Nestled in the heart of Solterra Resort, this rental is 10 minutes away from Disneyworld, 30 minutes from Sea World & Universal Studios and just a short walk away from the on-site Clubhouse which includes community pools, hot tubs, a waterslide, gym, soccer field, tennis court, restaurant, pool cabanas and a lazy river!

Sunset at Solterra is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to restore, relax and have fun with their favorite people! The overall resort surprises you with natural flora and fauna, is beautifully landscaped and offers a therapeutic escape from your hectic life. As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. The water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community create a peaceful home environment. Let yourself be pampered here; THIS is Florida living at its very best!

The GUEST will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity ACCESS FEE.

The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

The primary person will need to provide:

· Their reservation information which shows:

· The rental property address.

· Check in and check out date.

· Number of guests.

· Identification that matches the reservation name.

· License plate information for the primary vehicle.

They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Details & Amenities:

This kitchen has everything you will need to prepare full meals for the family! The space includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats eight. All seven bedrooms are simplified with a cozy beach theme and equipped with televisions so that everyone can kick-back and enjoy! The private pool area is enclosed and perfect for gathering the family!

POOL:

This private pool can be heated upon request ($50 per day, 3-day/minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance).

BBQ GRILL:

Come have a cook-out with the backyard BBQ Grill ($40 cleaning fee to use during your stay. Propane

not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival. Failure to pay and requests will not be honored.

CHILDREN:

For those with young children, a high-chair, pak-n-play and stroller are available to use.

How do damage deposits work?
