Description

This apartment is in Jbr beach walk heart, is just on the beach, you come down, exit from the elevator and you are in the promenade beach walk, where are hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars, cross over the road 100 meter and you are on the beach (free) 1,8 km of free beach, there are some parts where you can rent sun chairs and umbrellas, there are free shower and free changing room (but you don't need since you are on the beach..)

The evening all Dubai people and tourist are walking on the beach promenade.

You have also some pools at your free disposal, just in front the lobby, Gym and spa and kids areas.

You can order room service in all restaurant in the promenade and they delivery at regular prices (not surcharged) in few minutes.

There are many events in front this tower, is the heart of JBR Jumeirah beach residence, you can search in the web this location

Is really one or the best !!! location in all middle est (not only Dubai)

From the bedrooms you can see lovely sea and marina view

The house has all you need... internet, Cable Tv, A.C. linens, towels, welcome drinks, soaps, shampoo, uae mobile phone etc...

As per the Dubai Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, a “Tourism Dirham (TD)” charge of 10 aed (2 euro) per room per apartment per night will apply for hotel rooms, apartments and Suites.
