We have furnished it with our guests in mind. It can comfortably house 2 ADULTS or A COUPLE with up to 2 YOUNG CHILDREN.

* Note: construction on going around the area however our unit is at the opposite end of the bldg therefore construction noise is not on our side. You may hear people walking thru the hallway from time to time but just to get in and out of their room.

WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS so interaction will be anytime you wish to contact me from the time you book until after you check out. Just call or message me and I will get in touch with them ASAP thru Tripadvisor messaging service or my VIBER number (my number will appear once you have booked).

Since we do not reside in the Philippines, our mom will do the necessities for us and you will be able to reach us AS IF WE ARE THERE.

We also hired 24/7 service thru Siglo suites and Knightsbridge conceirge to (such as Engineering services, assistance with your luggage, getting a taxi, checking you in and out and a lot more).

So in total you have 3 contacts who can make your stay comfortable. Please make us your first contact in case you need anything.

Upon check in you will be requested to proceed to the front desk and they will ask for your valid ID and a security deposit equivalent to $100 in cash or credit card authorization (cash will be returned up front while CC all depends on your bank). It will be returned upon check out should there be no claims.
