Unsere Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 2 Personen.
Über einen separaten Eingang gelangen Sie in das helle Entre unser schön eingerichteten und ebenerdigen Ferienwohnung Hase und Igel.
Im gefliesten, hellen Entre finden Sie eine Garderobe mit Hutablage, einen Schuhschrank, einen Spiegel und eine zusätzliche Schuhablage, auf der Sie ihre tagsüber benutzten Schuhe abstellen können.
Von hier aus gelangen Sie in den Flur, von dem aus alle weiteren Zimmer der Ferienwohnung, ein Gäste WC, das Bad, das Schlafzimmer, ein Abstellraum und die Wohnküche abgehen.
Die helle, geräumige und geflieste Wohnküche ist mit einer hochwertigen Küche, mit Herd, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülbecken, sowie einem großen Kühlschrank mit integriertem großen Gefrierschrank ausgestattet.
Neben den üblichen Einrichtungsgegenständen einer Küche, stehen Ihnen auch Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung. Sie können bei Bedarf auch eine Mikrowelle in der Küche aufstellen, welche wir für Sie im Abstellraum deponiert haben.
Ein rechteckiger Tisch mit 4 Schwingstühlen an der großen, hellen Fensterfront mit schönem Ausblick ins Grüne und Zugang zur Süd/West Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, ebenso, wie das gemütliche 2-Sitz Sofa oder die Leseecke, von denen man ebenfalls ins Grüne blicken kann.
Auf der Wohnwand steht für Sie ein 32" Flachbild TV mit SAT Fernsehen und ein Radio mit Bluetooth Anschluss bereit.
Das schöne, helle Schlafzimmer mit einem großen, mit Plissees versehenen Doppelfenster bietet Ihnen einen 4-türigen Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln, ein 1,80 x 2,00 m großes Doppelbett mit Nachtkonsolen und Nachttischlampen und ist mit Laminatboden ausgestattet.
Im hellen Tageslichtbad finden Sie sowohl eine Dusche mit niedrigem Einstieg und Sitzgelegenheit, alsauch eine Badewanne mit niedrigem Einstieg, sowie ein Waschbecken und ein WC.
Ein Gäste WC mit Handwaschbecken und ein geräumiger Abstellraum runden das Platzangebot im inneren ab.
Auf der eigenen Süd/West Terasse stellen wir Ihnen gerne einen Tisch und 4 Stühle zur Verfügung, damit Sie den Sonnenuntergang auch hier geniessen können.
Wir haben uns darüber hinaus dazu entschlossen, dass wir für jeden Gast einen Baum (Kompensation von 0,2t CO2 pro Baum) in einem nachhaltigem Projekt in Nicaragua pflanzen, um Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns möglichst klimaneutral zu halten.

“Ankommen,auspacken und sich wohlfühlen !!!”
Sehr nette Vermieter, eine helle saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Viele schöne Orte in der Umgebung ideal auch zum Wandern und Radfahren. Gerne mal wieder !!!
