This property is centrally located in a large private secure compound in Don Bonafacio Subd., Angeles City between Marquee Mall and SM Mall and only 5 minutes from Fields Avenue the night life capital of the Philippines. (known as Adult Disneyland the world over) Only 15 minutes to Clark Air Base International Airport. Only 20 minutes by expressway to Subic Naval Base and beautiful beaches. (342 SQM) living area with10 ft. ceilings throughout, 3 master suites all with huge finished walk-in closets and full baths (sit down showers). It has granite floors with tile in the bathrooms, and wood floors in the bedrooms. There are granite counter tops throughout. It comes with a huge island kitchen and a large walk-in pantry. Separate dining room and laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, cabinets, and plenty of counter space. Cable internet and cable TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fans. Response from the owner Yes, water is a issue in Angeles City but it is the same anywhere you stay in the city. The good news is that Angeles City Water District just signed an agreement with Clark Freeport Zone to boost the city's water resources. The roach problem was that a drain pipe was left uncapped during the recent renovation. The pipe was capped and that problem was taken care of immediately once I was notified of the problem. Thanks for the review John we look forward to your next stay.
