“Bad lighting bulbs missing or burned out. Electrical out covers are broken in kids room can see wires.”
Needs a lot of maintenance. Lighting lots of bulbs are out. Main ones stair lighting and out door lighting. Electrical covers are broken in kids room can see wires. Will need a paint job soon.
