This three bedroom villa has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own television, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a full size bath, the other has a shower.

The living area is airy and bright with patio doors that open out onto the private pool area and terrace. There are comfy leather suites and as well as free WiFi this villa also boasts an internet TV with all premium channels and catch-up.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need on a self catering holiday and there is also a dining room leading off the kitchen with seats for 6 and a door leading out to the terrace and built in barbecue area.

The pool area is lovely and private. With lush gardens either side of the heated pool and patio, and comfy sun loungers that catch the sun all day long. There is also a shaded al fresco dining area.

Local Laws:

Please be aware that Lanzarote has in place a system where all visitors to the island must be registered with Guardia Civil (Local Police) within 24 hours of arrival. Your villa manager will visit you to take care of this, assist with completion of the paperwork and take it to be registered. So as there are no surprises do please register the full amount of guests staying when making your booking.

This place is heaven, the villa is huge, spotless, the pool is class, everything about it is fantastic, the booking was so easy, Philippa came to welcome us, lovely lady, close to shops bars and restaurants, just up from beach, cant fault it and the sun is shining happy days Eddie

Response from the manager To any future and prospective guests reading this review: At no time at all during Malcom, his wife and daughters stay were the issues of cleanliness or bedding reported to either us directly or to the villa manager in resort. Casa Bella is priced competitively on a per occupancy basis to allow for smaller groups, so when asked if their daughter could join them during their stay they were charged for 1 extra person to cover costs of cleaning and bedding. For their arrival there was a double bed made up in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and 1 bed in the third bedroom and towels left for 3 people. The bedding and towels are locked away in the cleaners cupboard so guests are not able to make beds up by themselves. Guests are left 1 XL towel, 1 large towel and 1 small towel each. The villa had a midstay clean during the middle of their stay, a mid stay clean consists of fresh bedding and towels and clean of bathrooms and floors. The garden is well maintained and we have called in ourselves to check. The electrical problem was a totally unforeseen event that happened outside of the villa at the mains box in the street. It was reported to the villa manager at 9.30am and was fixed just after 12 midday, which is really quick in the Canary Islands – especially on a Sunday. One of the girls from the management company called down to Malcolm and family to let them know what was happening and she discussed the problem with Malcolm who had told her that he could see what it was as he was previously an electrician. As they were walking back to the Casa Bella from the mains box Malcolms wife came outside and screamed, swore and poked the girl in the chest, telling her is was not good enough that she couldn’t make a cup of tea and her holiday was ruined. Clearly distressed, she left immediately and called her manager, who immediately called Malcolm and he did apologise profusely for his wife over the phone. When she had to go back to pay the electrical company for the work completed Malcolm did come out and apologised to the girl himself and mentioned his wife has a drink problem, she felt his apology a genuine one but it is totally unacceptable behaviour and both Smart Choice, the management in resort and the private owners of Casa Bella are happy they will be avoiding us in the future. Please do not let this review put you off booking and read through the other reviews from past guests who have been delighted with the villa and the majority return to Casa Bella each year.

How do damage deposits work?
