This beautiful villa, newly completed is a perfect place for a Koh Samui getaway.
The villa is finished to a luxury standard with a contemporary hotel type feel and it is set in a private tropical garden with large, fresh water pool.
The villa was designed to make the most of the tropical Thai temperatures. All of the rooms have floor to ceiling windows that open fully back and lead out to the garden, terraces and fresh water pool.
The main living area is bright and modern with high vaulted ceilings, a wonderfully comfortable, oversized leather sofa, swivel chair so that you can relax by the TV or swing around and enjoy the view over the pool. The living area is fully air-conditioned and has a large Smart tv, iPod dock/cd/dvd player and views out to the pool.
The high end kitchen is also in the living block perfect for entertaining. Large centre island with seating, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and plenty of space. Pull back the front set of doors and you walk out to the pool, slide back the side doors and you are in the feature outdoor dining area. Fantastic for evening entertaining or just to relax in the shade.
There are two master bedrooms both with plenty of wardrobe space, Smart tvs, and sumptuous soft furnishings. Each bedroom has a spacious en suite shower room, again bright and luxurious.
This delightful villa is centrally located in the quiet hamlet of Baan Tai, and just 300 metres from the beautiful beach. A choice of at least 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, as well as corner shops, bars, gyms, thereputic massage, beauty shop, laundry etc., all on your dooorstep. Friendly locals who have the time to stop and chat.
This beautifully presented villa benefits from its own private pool and sun deck. High walls and gated entrance offering you total peace and quiet. 6Mbs broadband wifi connection. Large flat screen Smart TV in the lounge with smaller TVs in the bedrooms. All linens and towels provided (not beach towels) - change of towels every three days and bed linens every week.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
