Casa Reina a air conditioned 2 bedroomed Semi Detached Bungalow with free WIFI on El Eden Punta Lara in wonderful Nerja, Costa Del Sol, Southern Spain. This Self Catering Luxury Bungalow which is suitable for the infirm elderly or disabled person has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 400 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches and restaurants that Nerja has on offer.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This beautiful 2 bedroom Bungalow is on the very popular Punta Lara urbinisation which is 400 Meters from Playazo beach and a twenty minute walk into Nerja.

The Bungalow is on one level (apart from the roof terrace) and is therefore ideal accommodation for the disabled or elderly

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms 1 double (air conditioned) and 1 twin, with ceiling fan, both with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. The property also has a sofa bed in the lounge and can therefore accommodate up to 6 (six) persons

Kitchen: Electric oven & hob Fridge / freezer Washing Machine, Micro Wave Oven / Toaster/ Iron and Ironing Board.

Living Rooms: Air conditioned good sized fully furnished lounge/dining room area, Sofa Bed settee Dining for 6 TV Freeview British Channels. Free WIFI internet access. The lounge has French doors which open out onto a beautiful large south facing sun terrace with garden furniture.

Large roof Terrace: Steps from the terrace lead to a large roof terrace with sun beds for those who like to soak up the Costa Del Sol, that this area is famous for.

Other:A welcome pack can be arranged, and left in the villa on or before the day of arrival (eg. bread, milk, etc.) if required. Please enquire for further details. (Note: there is an extra charge for this service)

Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, pillows, hand and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Suitable for couples or families. No pets allowed. A strict No Smoking policy is enforced inside the property.

The villa is fully furnished, has beautiful sea and mountain views. The villa has a lovely communal swimming pool and children's splash pool for the exclusive use of residents. A lifeguard is in attendance at all times in order to comply with Spanish law. There is also a bar and restaurant where you also have free Wifi.

Playazo Beach is approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa. In addition, there are sun beds at the Villa, garden furniture and a Parasol .

The town centre of Nerja is less than 1.5km away. (3/4 mins drive). Alternatively, you can walk along the coast to the town centre in around 15/20 mins, or use the bus service which runs regularly from just outside the urbanisation. Granada is 1 hour by car, Malaga is 45 mins, and Marbella around 1.5 hours, and Gibraltar around 2.5 hours. The beautiful 15th century village of Frigiliana is only 15 minutes away.

Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, the largest being the Burriana beach which offers good parking facilities and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.
