Description

The main living area has a modern kitchen with marble countertops, a large pantry and a counter with stools, large dining table, couch, gas fireplace and 40" flat screen tv. There is a separate room with a professional card table and another room with the pool table with 55" smart flat tv. There is a separate tv rooom with couch and love seat and a 65" flat screen smart tv. There is a basketball hoop outside.

The house 6 sleeping areas, 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 47" flat screen tv, and a separate sitting area with a day bed (two twins) that can sleep 2. It has a walk in closet and private upgraded bathroom. There is another bedroom on this level that has a queen bed. This bedroom is right next to a bathroom that has just been recently renovated. Max occupancy is 18 to 20.

There are two separate second floors to the house. Walk upstairs from the pool table room and you will enter a large room with a queen and a full, love seat couch and a 42" flat screen tv and its own bathroom. Go through the open doorway and there is a room that has a high end futon queen bed, small kitchenette, with a microwave, sink and small frig. For the other upstairs area, you go up the spiral staircase from the main area and you will enter suite area. The front room has a large separate space. It has a day bed that is two twins, a separate twin bed, a sofa and 47" flat screen tv and foosball table. Open the door to the back room and you will find a queen and a twin and a bathroom.

The house has cable and wifi, and AC. There is a Pac Man and Galaga 8 game Arcade. There is a six person hot tub right outside the sliding door from the main living space. There is a combination gas/bbq grill. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and everything else you need to cook, drink and eat. All the beds have pillows, blankets and mattress pads. All the furnishings are top of the line.

The home is a 4 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 6 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located less than 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.

Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please check with owner to get a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, and more. We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
