AQUAMARINE APARTMENT.
A nice and spacious apartment of 80mq located on the 2nd floor (access via an external staircase, no elevator) with a large terrace overlooking the pool, consisting of: living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa-bed, 2x rooms with queen beds, 1x tiny single room, 2x bathrooms with shower, laundry. The terrace with a table for 8 people is very enjoyable in any season. Air conditioning, flat screen TV in each room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine and vacuum cleaner. Double exposure, very bright. WIFI.
Children are welcome guests! A cot, a high chair and a side rail for children from 0 to 3 years are available free of charge.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and is regularly used by us, owners, ourselves, so we try to keep it in very good order and wish our guests to feel home.
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, with deck chairs and umbrellas, a badminton and basketball court. The complex is small to medium in size, therefore neither crowded nor excessively noisy. The property is located a few steps from the center (2 minutes on foot); restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a stone’s throw away from the apartment; while the best beaches of the area (Playa del Camison, Las Vistas, Troya Beach) can be easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. A few meters from the hotel it is possible to rent bicycles and book excursions.

“First Class”
Excellent first class, secure 2/3 bedroom apartment close to all amenities including restaurants, bars and shopping. Apartment was spotless on arrival with everything you need for your holiday within the apartment, you only need beach towels (the owner provides most consumables i.e. toilet roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc). There is a small safe that was not mentioned in the details. The only down side was the sun beds around the pool whilst sufficient for all guests including the local resident owners there was no mattresses available which meant that after a short while they became uncomfortable. Perhaps Yulia could provide them in future as we only found them in the local shops on our last day at less than €10 each. This is our second visit to the apartment and will be returning next year. Please note the apartment is very comfortable for 4 guests.

“Outstanding”
What an amazing week we had, apartment was fantastic, had everything you could need plus more. Brilliant location. So clean, literally can not fault this. Everything was within 5 minute walk away. My only issue was, and not the owners fault, after leaving home at 7am to finally arrive at 5:30pm we had to wait an hour for the agent to let us in, with no apologies or help with our bags as had 2 very young children in buggy. Again, not the owners fault she was wonderful and couldn’t fault the amazing apartment, it’s location. Will highly recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to go back again

“Turned our nightmare holiday into an enjoyable one.”
Thank goodness for this property...having experienced an apartment from hell close by this was like a holiday lifeline for our family. The apartment itself was decorated and kept to a very high standard. The environment was clean, well furnished and had everything required for a self catering holiday. The complex itself was relaxing and would be somewhere we would recommend to family and friends. The location is ideal with an array of bars and restaurant close by. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly look at booking again in the future. The owner was very helpful and accommodating at such short notice given our circumstances.

“Great Apartment”
Great Air Conditioned 3 bedroom Apartment, clean and modern. 2 x double bedrooms (1x ensuite & 1x with Balcony) and 1x Small bedroom. All rooms are very spacious and plenty of hanging/storage places. Kitchen: This was ideal and had all the Mod cons, plenty of everything. Living Room: Comfortable Sofa bed & great large Smart TV! (Only negative is the Living Room could do with some Curtains fitting, especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed) Large balcony with table/chairs/umbrella Pool: The Apartment overlooks the pool, which is a nice size, very clean and plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas; was quiet during our stay. Location: About 5-10 min walk to the beach & shopping / entertainment areas. 2-3 min walk to the supermarket and Bus Stop for Siam / Siam Shopping Mall. Overall, an excellent, clean and well presented apartment. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
