Description
The luxurious and very private villa Luna Mar, is located between the prestigious Puerto Calero yacht marina, and the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. This location is perfect if you prefer a tranquil setting but within a few minutes drive to the bustling tourist areas. You can also enjoy a costal stroll which takes approximately twenty minutes along the coastal path to either of these areas.
Villa Luna Mar has been decorated to an extremely high standard, this secluded luxury villa, is perfect for a couple or can sleep up to six guests, sits on a prestigious 6,000m2 plot with uninterrupted sea views, mature gardens and a private electrically heated pool 10.0m x 5.0m. The contemporary décor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright and airy feel throughout.
This villa offers spacious open plan living and dining area boasts magnificent sea views and has large patio doors opening out onto the shaded terrace. For guests looking to self-cater you can enjoy a fully fitted modern bespoke kitchen which is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs and comes complete with oven/hob/grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. This light and airy room leads out by its double doors to the terrace, BBQ and outdoor dining area. There is an additional laundry room with washing machine and external drying patio. The villa comes complete with free WiFi, flat screen TV, DVD, free to view TV channels, docking station and safe.
The bedrooms at Villa Luna Mar have ceiling fans and wonderful sea views. The master-suite has patio doors onto the shaded terrace, a king-size double bed, build in wardrobe and en-suite shower/wet room with hand basin and a hairdryer. The second en-suite bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobe, patio door and en-suite shower/wet room. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds, double patio doors and build in wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with bath, walk in shower, w.c and hand basin located in front of the third bedroom and an outside guest cloakroom which for convenience you can easily access from the pool terrace.
Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and uninterrupted sea views from the covered shaded terrace, gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for six, which overlooks the 10×5 metre electric heated swimming pool. The infinity pool is beside the dining and lounge area and features a rock cascade, there is an open fence bordering the pool.
Note: We feel that it is necessary for people with children under the age of 12, and non swimmers to be aware of the infinity type pool and its close proximity and easy access from the living areas location in relation to the living areas.
