L' appartement offre bien-être et confort, il est équipé de CLIMATISATION réversible, grande baie vitrée double vitrage en PVC, parquet au sol qui confère une ambiance chaleureuse, portier vidéo, détecteur de fumée.

Empuriabrava, nom officiel en catalan (Ampuriabrava en castillan) située à environ 40 km de la frontière française, est une des plus grandes Marina résidentielles au monde avec plus de 40 km de canaux. Elle se trouve sur la Costa Brava dans la baie de Roses (à 15 km de Figueres, 60 km de l'aéroport de Gérone, et 120 km de Barcelone).
Empuriabrava (Ampuriabrava) est la perle de la méditerranée, elle est dite la Venise Espagnole.
Située à 2 kilomètres de Castello d'Empuries, Empuriabrava est un des vastes complexes touristique de la Méditerranée.

Very comfortable and centrally located apartment

We booked this lovely apartment for a week and ended up staying a month. It has the most amazing comfortable bed that was a joy to my bad back, after some of the very hard beds we have encountered while travelling. It is on the main strip in Empuriabrava just along from the lovely main harbour with its friendly cafes, it was nice to sit and watch the boats while having a drink in the evening. It is also 2 mins to the sea. The apartment is in a quiet residential block which we really liked and had everything we needed and a nice fully equipped kitchen. This was a great base to visit this lovely part of Spain with its four national parks, amazing bird reserve (which had storks with chicks while we were there), beautiful medieval towns and villages and long sandy beaches. We loved people watching from the enclosed balcony and you can open the full length windows wide and get the cool sea breeze. The owners met us at the apartment and were very friendly and kind. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

Très bon séjour dans cette location et super accueil de la part des propriétaires qui nous ont donné pas mal d'informations à notre arrivée. L'appartement répond à toutes les attentes au niveau confort, localisation et équipements. De plus il n'est vraiment pas loin de la plage, et de différents sites et villes à découvrir (Cadaquès, Figueres...).

Très bon accueil, location conforme au descriptif. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5mn de la plage, au centre ville sans les nuisances de la nuit. Tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble, nombreux conseils des propriétaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande cette location, nous reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux. L'appartement est bien conçu et la vue est magnifique. nous avons tout à proximité (à pied): merveilleuse plage, excellente boulangerie française au pied de l'immeuble, magasin pour les courses, canaux, ...
je recommande vivement cette appartement, même en famille? Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et c'était top!
