Detached villa situated in a quiet residential location yet within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, this property has a large private pool, surrounding sun bathing terrace with sunbeds (4), Gas BBq, an awning over ther rear terrace gives you the option of shade. The villa has raised walls for privacy, the garden has mature trees, the shaded terrace at the front has dining options. The WC to the rear of the property is easily accessed from the pool area, the rooftop solarium offers views to the surrounding mountains. Internally the lounge has 2 sofas, TV with English TV or Spanish channels, dining room seating 4, kitchen, oven and hob with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, utensils and all the crockery you need, one double, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom make up this well furnished comfortable accommodation, for the winter months there is a log burning stove and the hot/cold air con units. Bedding and inside towels are provided. Off road parking in the drive. I look forward to welcoming you to your holiday home.

“Lovely villa with everything we needed”
Lovely villa, in a quiet, friendly location. My children especially enjoyed using the swimming pool and were pleased to find there was Netflix on the tv. Great communication from the owner throughout. No negatives or complaints from us, we had everything there that we needed and the entire property was very clean and tidy. A very enjoyable, relaxed few days in the sun.

“Lovely Villa, excellent value for money”
We are regular visitors to Murcia, lots to see and do and some beautiful beaches. This was our first time on Camposol, this Villa in on Sector A which is handy for the shops and bars (easy walk to the other shops on Sector B from here too). Carole was super helpful and very welcoming, we met her at the property. You will need a hire car to get around this area but we would definitely be coming back and would love to stay at this villa again in the future. Highly Recommended.

A beautiful home from home villa with gorgeous pool and sun deck. We had the perfect quiet week that we were looking for here. Shops bars and resteraunt all close by with some very nice food being served. Carole and Ian are lovely and on hand if needed. Great week and would highly recommend.
