Description
The apartment and condominium:
A spacious three bed room apartment with a chic, modern vibe. All three bedrooms boast stunning views of the marina (heck, you can even look out to sea while washing your clothes at the washing machine!).
Fully equipped with cooking appliances and a fridge, you can whip up a good meal (but I’ll recommend eating at one of the many restaurants/bars/cafes around). Towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soap are provided as well. A kids corner is also available in the living room.
Oh, did I forget to mention the Fast Wifi and air conditioning?
In short, it is 1828sf of pure awesomeness. ;)
You will have full access to all of the condominium’s facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, reading room, function room, and much more!
The neighborhood and surroundings:
Being a high-rise waterfront apartment, the cooling sea breeze and the yachts docked in the marina will almost guarantee a relaxing holiday. It also helps that the apartment is located at the heart of the Puteri Harbour neighbourhood. With Hotel Jen (previously known as Traders hotel), the marina, and “the little red cube” a stone’s throw away, there are plenty of options for cafes, bars, restaurants to indulge your inner foodie.
Entertainment and shopping is not far away either. We are right next to Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park (Which comprises Hello Kitty Land, Little Big Club, Thomas, Pingu, Bob The Builder, and Barney). Legoland is but a 10-minute drive, and the Johor premium outlets and the ZON duty free complex 20 minutes away is sure to satisfy your shopping needs.
If all these still can’t satisfy you, Singapore is just half an hour away, across the second link causeway!
