It is with pleasure to hear that you had enjoyed your stayed at Shell Residences with the perfect location especially to watch the fireworks on New Year's Eve! We had invested with the very good quality of bed because we believed that a good night sleep is very important for the value of money that you had paid. However, we do not provide any basic necessities for the guest like toothbrush etc... perhaps if you had requested it in advance we had provided it upon your arrival as what you had requested to have a hair dryer. The AC has an automatic mode to save the energy, it is quite and it works very well as it is a brand new (not even 1yr) the used of the swimming pool is with payment as it is indicated on the paper that you had signed upon check in (3. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees (Php 150.00 regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays).
