Description
We are one of the few DTV certified *-holiday homes.
Spend the most beautiful days of the year in our cosily furnished house with lots of comfort and luxury. With us you find no 'Golden taps', but quite many things that make the stay beautiful and varied: - fireplace - cozy seating areas - a playroom with X-box and surround-flat screen TV - heated outdoor pool (mid April to mid October) - separate sauna area for at least 6 people with relaxation area - terrace - garden - large and well equipped kitchen - large table to eat and days (up to 16 persons) in the indoor - two large tables on the terrace for up to 20 people - large barbecue (gas) - etc.
Your wishes are very important to us and we offer you a high standard of quality of the holiday house as well as the service on. This is reflected also in it, that we are certified according to Q quality.
The cottage has been built in the style of an apartment and from the outset the use as a holiday home for private and business purposes taken into account in planning. We would like to particularly larger groups up to 15 persons (if necessary also more possible extra beds) offer a home from home.
For you, we have created separate lounge areas next to sleeping rooms with very comfortable beds. So, some of the guests in the upper living area with the X-box can play while others work on the PC and can in turn others entertain in large group in the living / dining area.
The House is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. For the colder days, we offer you in addition to underfloor heating (in all rooms, gas-operated) also has a sauna and a cosy fireplace.
We have prepared for the hot days as well. On each floor is a very energy-efficient air conditioning and heated pool invites already starting approx. A mid-April for bathing.
The cottage is on the ground floor most barrier-free and old - / wheelchair built. A total of 3 elderly / disabled are beds in 2 bedrooms, as well as a suitable bathroom with shower available. The threshold of the House and the terrace are barrier-free, i.e. mean soil depth.

Smaller events and celebrations can be held up to a number of 20 people at the Villa by appointment with the landlord. A valid and good catering service can be conveyed. Rental, cleaning and security deposit be individually agreed in this case. In the context of neighbourly cooperation please also within their parties on the legal night's sleep to make sure.
The cottage is located in an established residential environment and the most important institutions of everyday life (shops, banks, pharmacy, s-Bahn and restaurants) are only minutes away.
We have 5 parking spaces, which are located on the property. The connection to the public transport is good.
Berlin City Centre is reachable by car as well as by train in 30 minutes.
