Apartment Beach Front Grand Venetian:

Condo with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living & dining room and a balcony with amazing Ocean views. Located in a luxury resort directly on the Playa de Oro beach, in the hotel and business area, with amenities such as beach club, pool, spa, gym, children's area, restaurant, concierge, tennis court, along with some others… Next to it is La Isla shopping village and a few steps from nice restaurants. At 15 minutes from the airport and 10 to the centro Malecon area.

We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays that the system alone can not calculate. In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium. The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; interphone; in the living room there is a 50 'Samsung flat screen, with ROKU usb and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...

This apartment is shared with you in its entirety, we wish you to enjoy how comfortable it is and how close it is to/from anywhere due to its central location and fantastic facilities. Regarding on the availability to use the common areas in the complex, you can access any of them and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; Jacuzzis, spa as well as gym facilities and any other amenity as long as each of them is available; however, keep in mind that these areas are not under our administration and control, therefore, we do not include their use in the rate; anyway, you can use them at no additional charge. I let you know that these areas have specific hours for use, and most of the time you need to wear the distinctive guest bracelet in Icon. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the rules of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered and in general terms, maintain good order.Due to the schedules of my profession it will possibly be difficult for me to get to know you personally, however you can contact me through the chat on this platform or email. You can always count on the support of a good friend who lives nearby, who will receive you upon check-in and whenever assistance is required for maintenance or any unforeseen issues, and also when checking out. I will share with him the details of your reservation and contact and we will have a communication that has worked very well for us. On the other hand, I usually visit the facilities and I am aware of what happens in a short time.

The neighborhood is urban, however we are located right on the Playa de Oro with immediate access and exclusive area with palapas on the beach. La Isla Shopping Village is a commercial complex attached to ours, which has restaurants, shops, Starbucks, Cinemas, etc. When crossing the street there is a set of several famous restaurants, and in the next block there is the Foodpark; Also next to our resort is the Gastronomik by Peninsula shopping and gastronomic center. The Costco store is a 20 minute walk in the neighboring Fluvial Vallarta area, and there are two Soriana supermarkets on each side at a distance similar to the previous one. Outside the complex there is a taxi rank and a local bus stop a block away. A 5 minute drive away is the Marina Vallarta area with golf courses, yacht pier, recreation and consumption centers such as Plaza Neptuno and Nima Shops, plus the entire commercial area around the yachts. The airport is 10-15 minutes away by car and the foreign bus station is 15 minutes away. The best nightclubs are along our avenue, so they are only a few minutes away by car or even walking. The Malecón and Guadalupe Church are only 15 minutes away by car. The seaport is less than 1 km away and from there you can take boats to various attractive spots in the bay such as Islas Marietas, Quimixto or Yelapa, or any boat to go fishing, diving, snorkeling or boat party.As mentioned above, the place is centrally located and with easy access to means of transport, whether urban bus, taxi and UBER, although the latter still has restrictions to pick up passengers at the airport because it is an exclusive concession area for federal kind of taxis; however, the provider can enter and leave you at the airport. There is a fixed taxi site just outside our complex.

The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population can not afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge.
