Description

This four bedroom fully furnished executive villa, with modern facilities and a large private swimming pool(30ftX20ft), is located 400 metres off the Spintex Road ,near Rana Plaza Shopping centre/Restaurant. and just 2 miles away from the Exotic Coco Beach Resort. It is available for both short and long term rental.

2 bedrooms are en-suite whilst the others share a toilet and a bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with beds, mattresses and fitted wardrobes. It has a large, tastefully furnished living room, dining room, and a garage for one car. There is a functioning telephone line with internet connectivity and all rooms have telephone receivers.

Available at the Villa is a fast ADSL Wireless Broadband which can be used with your own Laptop or the Desktop/Laptop computer provided by the Villa. If using your own Laptop computer, there is a charge of $5/day for unlimited use of the internet. Alternatively you may use the Desktop/Laptop at the villa for a mere $8/day inclusive of internet use.

Installed at the villa is a 30 kVA standby generator with the ability to easily power all the electrical appliances, including the running air conditioning units, during power failures. Also for your convenience, is an overhead water reserve tank with a capacity of 3,500 gallons (15,000 litres) which can sustain an average sized family for a week in the event of a water shortage. Facilities are available for playing Table Tennis, Pool and Playstation games.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and assortment of cooking Utensils, plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. The house boasts of a very large compound(ideal for families with children), well kept garden, summer hut, and a security post. There is a housekeeper onsite which is included in your daily rate, if a chef is needed, he/she is available for $15 per day. The main gate is fitted with an intercom. This Villa must be seen to be fully appreciated. Minimum stay is 5 days.. "STAR RATING" - 5.

We have just come back from staying at your villa and we loved it. All lovely and clean, great swimming pool that was just great to have swim in after day out. Good location next to shops, but nice and quiet. There was a power cut whilst we were there but thanks to your generator didn't affect us! A lovely man and lady were on hand to help should we need anything. The children didn't want to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review On your first day, there was a leak from an A/c unit in the middle of the night which was rectified promptly the next day. Even though the A/c was leaking it continued to cool the room so you did not have an uncomfortable night As with any electrical equipment , faults do occur however what matters is the time it takes to fix the problem. In this case it was done within a reasonable time with no further inconveniences. The other complaints have not merit at all and therefore I shall not be addressing them I have had people stay there longer than you did and they have nothing but compliments for the Villa. You requested a refund of half the cost of your 3 day stay which would have meant that no accommodation or service was provided to you for one and half days .This is frankly ridiculous. The internet usage during your stay amounted to 30GB of data which I wrote off as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the A/C leak which I think was fair. $180 is an insignificant amount of money however it would not be refunded as a matter of principle. I have had guests who have stayed immediately before and immediately after you, who were full of praises for the Villa It is rather unfortunate that you have chosen to tarnish the reputation of the villa however that is your prerogative . Let me take this opportunity to wish you all the best on your next trip to Accra but definitely will not renting my villa to you.
